When developing the concept of a concrete mini-house, we highlighted the following points, which are extremely important for meeting the needs of the client:
- Someone drives a Lamborghini, someone drives a Ford, someone drives a car of another brand, all of them perform one task, but have a radically different cost. For us, it is important that the product fully fulfills its task and is also financially available;
- By creating a complex offer cheaper, the client must in any case receive a quality product. A concrete mini-house is an investment that will provide you with dwelling for decades and the quality of the product should be realistically understandable to the client;
- Using a mini-house made of concrete elements, the customer should feel maximum safety for himself and his property. The reinforced concrete elements definitely contribute to this;
- A concrete mini-house should be quickly and easily transformed for different use cases. For example: A client bought a prefabricated concrete mini house for living. A few years later, he was able to buy a big house, but he turned this mini-house into a cafe;
- We took into account that the client may want to purchase not a complex solution (turnkey), but for individual elements (floor, walls, roof) and do everything at his own discretion;
- The ability to install a precast concrete mini-house should be almost everywhere without breaking the law;
- A concrete mini house should be easy to transport. Special solutions have been developed for this;
- A concrete mini-house should be easy to assemble and not require specialists;
- A concrete mini-house during assembly should not require special equipment.
- There must be hand tools provided by us for the purpose of assembling the mini house;
- It should be possible to install a concrete mini-house in hard-to-reach places;
- It should be possible to use the mini-house as a source of income;
- Concrete mini-house should be practical and durable.
